This is Ragan, Lezar's twin brother, and the main villain of K-9 Agency. I haven't drawn him in anthro form yet, as this is an older piece. But I am fond of it so I decided to post this anyway. Ragan is the "Shere Khan" of Dobermans. His expression is usually like this, I always loved that look.

Oh yes, I love villains and you draw this dog really well! And also he gave me the impression of that kind of villains just like Shere Khan: I mean evil and cruel, but also elegant, aristrocatic and ,perhaps, even charming! I'm looking forward to see him in anthro form!

That is him exactly, wow, glad he gives that impression! I modeled him after Shere Khan a bit, and the anthro form of him will most likely be similar to Shere Khan from TaleSpin.

Then I'm sure it will be an awesome picture! Shere khan from Talespin is a very interesting character! I have drawn a pic of him too, in a buff version!

Perhaps the most interesting thing about him is thath he is not a "simple" bad guy!
I mean, he is more like a ruthlessness bussines man but he also appears to be capable of generosity and some (very small) ethic!

I really thought I had replied to everything, sorry about that! This is my first villain and I hoped he would be received well. I have big plans for him in K-9 Agency, his true debut! I am glad you like this character!
