The picture is meant to be very bold, with the red accenting the ketchup... yes! Okay, no, it's blood. Generally going for intensity with the picture. The expression is the basic agonized scream. The cables, wires, string, whatever it may be are more or less restraints. I basically wanted to construct her personal (pardon my language) Hell, showing the extent of her mental anguish.
