is this a closed species?

I've tried to make it open but the logistics of it are really tricky, because last time I tried, I kept getting requests or questions about people wanting to make merch, or commercialize my work, and it became so much of a headache that I lost the inspiration to keep drawing :/

You can make Slipfin Alien OC, but I reserve all rights to the species design and commercial use, if that makes sense?

I want to make it an open species, if I can, but I'll need some more time to put together guidelines and a proper use terms page.
