Commentary for May 2, 2022:

Like a fool, I managed to save over the original commentary to this page and I’ve no idea what I originally wrote. Probably something about Luigi’s.

Yes, I expect I wrote that Luigi’s is an inn named after an Italian restaurant in the town I grew up in. The version I created was a regular hangout and meeting place for character’s in the original Eon’s Comic and the running joke was that the proprietor was the Luigi of Super Mario Bros. fame. While I nixed that along with most other sight gags and references to other videogame franchises besides Sonic the Hedgehog, Star Fox, and Freedom Planet, I kept the place and the name.

Come to think of it, I think that is more or less what I originally wrote, so yay.
