Oh God this takes me back...
Yes. This is my Sailor Moon OC. She's not just ANY Sailor Moon OC however, no. This is one from WAY back when I was a kid into Sailor Moon. I actually had a dream about this character, and I drew her and forgot about her.
I decided to give her a slight revamp and added the eyeliner and eye stars. Also her name too, originally she didn't have one. God looking at her sends me down Nostalgia lane :'D
Not sure what-if anything I'll use her for, she's obviously a villain though :U Actually kind of looks like Dark Lady turned into a cat...
