Another old character. 14 is the guinea pig of a mad scientist who has to go out and get a regular job which he always botches with dumb inventions that screw things up. The device on her head allows her to speak through the aide of a toy. She only ever says anything like "Large birds scare me," and such and never anything useful or what could be considered "conversation". Her name comes from her being the fourteenth guinea pig for the experiment.

Her original number was 9 but then that movie came out so I changed it. Then the whole idea seemed like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs so I scraped it (even though I'd started well before the movie came out but I didn't want to get accused of ripping anything off). Oh well.
