This is Lezar... Ragan's twin brother. Ragan is the main villain of my K-9 Agency comic. Lezar's voice actor would be Keith David, who has voiced Goliath from Gargoyles, Spawn and the most recent, Dr. Facilier from Princess and the Frog.
Lezar and Ragan are always competing and fighting in this nonstop sibling rivalry. Lezar is far more calm and honorable, while Ragan is ruthless and downright evil. He can be considered one of the heroes, though sometimes he may be more like an anti hero. I really like this concept and will probably do a colored one.

Seems every character Keith David voices is unforgettable to me. Goliath from Gargoyles, Spawn and Dr. Facilier...all amazing characters in their own right! So hopefully it is a win/win situation for me, to design a character's personality and gestures after Keith David.
