More on this subject. Playing the game more. Started the beginnings of a fairly modest doom fortress. And yet I keep stumbling into caves filled with monsters, and I've concluded... The game is taking a bizarre pleasure in killing me off in increasingly unfair ways.
I didn't ink this one because it's kind of hard to show the finer details when I do, so I just darkened the lines instead. Also there's that whole thing with including more backgrounds. Yeah. Anyway, enjoy.
