Because Lapis Lazuli is a funny word.

Anyways. I'm trying to get better with "Dry" traditional media (ahem, coloured pencils.) Although I cheated and did a wash of watercolour before I started using said pencils. So, I felt like drawing smilodons, and felt like drawing waterfalls and blue. The mane was actually a bit easier to do that I expected, and I also didn't use ink to outline anywhere on the drawing, accept for the black in the eye, and the jewelry so they would "pop".

So, hoping to take this pretty girl to FC2011 with me if she doesn't get sold off before hand; also, what's the best way to make high quality prints? I'm just getting into this, haha.
