Finally done with this! The background was a pain to make!
This is supposed to represent Pokemon Musical, with the background of the musical ''An Evening Party'' with ofcourse, a Serperior dressed up elegantly ( As elegance is the theme ).
The cane, top hat, the bowtie and the watch are all listed as ''elegant'', the ribbons are classified as ''cute''.
I just love Serperior so much~
EDIT: Changed name to Serperior, Jalorda's possible English name.
