As expected, fire has little effect on Hell Hound. Don't be too hard on Cap for trying it. She is a very instinctual fighter and that is always her go-to move when angered. She is one of the most inexperienced members after all.
I'm really unsure about the direction I'm taking Capricorn with the next couple of pages. We will see that fire has a certain "stimulatory" affect on her that she has very little control over.
Do I have a more expanded explanation as to why? Yes. Am I going to share it right now? No. Suffice to say many of the Zodiac have secrets and pasts. Capricorn's is a mystery to her that I hope to get to in time. I'm also doing this as a balance to the fact she is immune to fire and most energy attacks which is quite powerful. Almost too much. So I decided fire should affect her in some way.

Yeah, demons traditionally have a connection with fire, and I doubted Capricorn would be any different. I like the idea of being on fire triggering something within her, something more of her demonic side. The question is, will she loose control altogether or just have a more aggressive outset. Either way, I think she has the advantage. All HH has is fire; Capricorn likely has strength over him, among other things, and she can grab him and throw him with no concern for the fire. I think HH is in for a surprise.
