Tip: if you're doing the art on a computer, use a program like Paint.NET, it's totally free and is way user friendly. I'm assuming you're trying to draw your lines with a mouse; there's a tool called line/curve that helps massively. You can pretty much forgo drawing lines/curved freehand and just use that tool.

Secondly, see how the left hand of the woman/arms of the unborn just kinda get cutoff? Bring out the limb PAST the body/legs before cutting them off, and use a curve to do it, not a line. This way it doesn't look like you drew the body then just kinda painted on the arms.

otherwise, you just need to practice and find your niche.

another thing that you could do is to use a stick figure body in each sketch to get the lengths right, just think of each part of the limbs as a stick, and the shoulders as well, using this meathod has helped me emensly
