Rivett overheard how much fun the Sandoku and Artisan had fun in Equestria so he decided to have some fun also, thanks to his master Pampaku, he sent him into the royal palace in Canterlot to cause some trouble and he just happened to find Princess Celestia. Wanting to show off his powers, he managed to turn many of the guards into diapers or plushies, leaving Celestia to fight alone.
In the end Celestia lost and she ended up as both a diaper and plush toy, and thanks to Rivett's voodoo powers, whatever he does to the plushie, the diaper can also feel it.

Looks like he's having fun riding on that Celestia plushie while the diaper worries what he might do to her, unaware he plans to fully use her while sitting on that plushie, but Rivett's powers will wear off eventually (if he wants) till than he gonna enjoy pretending to ride that alicorn toy even if it can't move, fly, or produce magic. While back in the poke world, Pampaku and Sandoku just laugh at how good Rivett is at humiliating royalty.

This is to show off rivett's voodoo powers as whatever he does to plushie, the diaper can also feel it, whether it's being squished, being used or stuffed, when Rivett's powers wear off, the diaper degrades and the plushie returns to normal, but like many other tf victims, whatever happened tends to stick with them, and looks like Celestia diaper not happy, but the plushie on the other hand seems to like it (not that it has much choice). Also I simply adore how that Celestia diaper looks, it's super gorgeous and how many of you are jealous right now that Rivett has a lifelike Celestia plushie, kind of want one.

I mostly like Luna, but Celestia is fun to mess with, and don't worry, Rivett will have some fun with Luna soon.
