Here's something I'd add:
The new fairy, remembering the cruel headmaster who cut off her hair, whispered to her friend. She agreed, and they flew into the school. The headmaster was astonished to find the fairies in front of him. He rubbed his eyes, thinking he was seeing things, but he wasn't. The new fairy waved her hands, and almost immediately, all of his hair fell out, leaving him completely bald. Her former classmates saw this, and the whole room rang with laughter. The headmaster tried to quiet them, but was too embarrassed at his new baldness to say much of anything, so he simply ran out of the room.
