Shining Saber is a rather handsome dragon so a good character to see getting some tickling. I suppose he's a little fortunate in that his breastplate is at least giving some protection for his belly though those vines look determined. Doesn't really help much though when it leaves your armpits exposed and with the boots removed, that looks like a rather tender foot.
