Over time, after her many powerful rampage, boumbee took a bit of affection toward the tiny city that she otherwise planned to destroy, her affection can be shown in multiple way, but there's still the fact that putting city off the ground and just moving them all around here probably wouldn't be healthy for the tiny living in here!

It not they weren't in risk of her just bring bored of the city and crushing it with all her might, but in the off chance she just gently put the back in there place... There would probably not have much more people still alive inside

Just buckle up if she decide to pick up your city I guess~
