This is Nota-Logan Kenth (Nota for short). He's a Task Force Officer like Nai and Kelenco, and was a trainee with them. He's kind of their work buddy, and is often the officer subbed in if either Kel or Nai are without their partner. (Guest party member get?) While a very friendly and open guy, he also takes his work seriously. He's also a bit on the superstitious side, and interested in things like psychics and ghosts.

Bright blues, oranges and greens?! Sure, why the hell not.
