Last night, among arriving home from Record Store Day shopping in Boston, I put on the K-O costume to test and re-break it in for today's event, and that included working out a bit to my favorite exercise/workout song: "Physical" by Olivia Newton-John! Despite being 40 1/2 years old now, it's such a great tune for me to exercise to and hear my body talk in addition to the song! It helped kick off the exercise record craze that Disney also cashed in on the following year with their "Mousercise" album!
