Nov 29, 2042- Day 70
So this entry took me easily three times as long as it usually did and that is because the speech to text program is starting to really struggle at being able to understand the words coming out of my mouth. Technically that’s a lie. It has been getting progressively worse every day, but there is a point where the program doesn’t have much trouble, but if you go beyond that point it starts missing more and more words.
It’s something that you don’t really notice, and everyone else still sounds normal. I can still understand everything everyone else is saying no problem. But a fox’s mouth and vocal cords are not really designed all that well for producing a lot of the nuances of human languages. There are sounds that are harder and harder for me to produce.
Going forward I may have to think in what to do going forward. Do I try and get him to buy a giant keyboard that these defunctual hands can actually still use, do I just have him type them out for me or do I potentially consider this to be as far as I can take these. I’ll have to think on it for awhile.

((OOC: I will admit that I was debating whether or not leading up to this and the next few segments on whether or not I should reflect the growing difficulty in speaking. Fox mouths are not really designed for human consonants, especially ones that require the hard lip (b, m, p, etc.) but ultimately decided that it was better to keep to a consistent update schedule instead of handicapping myself further by restricting what words I was allowed to use and still try to keep it coherent. I apologize for anyone disappointed that I didn't go that route.))
