As for Tim, he's adorable here and a big big thumbs up for pulling off his posture, simple but very good looking.
His head feels a little off, but it's very close. I don't know what to say but I know it's missing a little something.
Another issue is his leg, perhaps if it was curled back against the growing sides?

Tbh it was a old pic i worked on :B i just...kinda.....inked it and repaired it a lil, But i agree its missing something i think of were the source is coming from or something silly like that, more props blah...
