I'd also suggest avoiding the gall bladder. In frog dissection, a fellow found out the hard way that concentrated bile will eat through rubber gloves faster than you can remove them.

Eh. It was a frog's gall bladder. So, not too much there. It put a hole in the glove and gave him a little chemical burn on the skin, but that's about it. Did a great job of getting him to stop going "Hey, watch this!" for much of the year too.
