In recent days, my hand has become very sore while drawing. Maybe it's carpal tunnel syndrome. I ordered a bandage and I hope it helps. Old age is not joy haha

Try to avoid doing too many stretches until it gets better, then make a point to stretch it more often.
I often get a bit of hand pain and weakness in my fingers from overused tendons, a brace and resting it when you can is best.

If your ring, middle, pointer fingers and thumb are numb, you have carpel tunnel.

Just trying make exercises and breaks while working. When i feel pain i give myself one weekend to relax and do anything but drawing
