She's a martial artist, mastering a style that focus all of its power in a singular focus point, allowing for devastating damage and speed once the attack is charged. But it's at the cost of durability and having to charge up her attacks for damage.
She does have some pretty muscular legs, so her kicks or any attacks that uses her legs are pretty good

Likes: dealing with problems successfully (depends of the situation), protecting people, "fair" fights (she ambush her target most of the time, so an actual fair fight would be something that will really excite her)
Dislikes: old tradition of her species, being ridicules or exposed naked, losing an unfair fight, really crude jokes
Personality: confident, determined, open-minded, careful, and sometime a little reckless.
Bio/Backstory: She doesn't really have a bunch of backstory, she's a storm dragon, who learned martial art and her species style of martial art in an old monastery. She got an accident where she lost control of her power and falls on someone, fully naked! Normally other storms dragon wouldn't really care about being fully exposed/naked. But not for Fengbaolong, this event really embarrassed her and now she wear at least a panty if something similar happened again.
After that she participates at a program proposing to discover other cultures by having a foreign correspondent. This is how she met Emma and after they know each other better, they became best friends!
