A Japanese thunder dragon, Emma's close friend. She was her foreign correspondent and latter's become her best friend.

She's confident, determined, open-minded, careful and sometime a little bit reckless.

She should normally be naked, only using clouds to hide her intimate parts, because of her species tradition. But she got an accident, living her completely naked on someone else. Others thunder dragon like her wouldn't be bothered by it, but not her. So, she wears panties at least, that she hides under her clouds.

She's an excellent fighter, knowing martial art but she mostly use the technique her species use to be quick and deadly using their power of thunder.
She's fast, highly precised and throws out some really powerful kicks and punches. Her deadlier techniques being a falling strike using the tip of her foot, an attack from the sky when she falls at lightning speed on her enemy with her foot and a supercharge punch where she use all of her focus and energies to deliver a super powerful punch charge with electricity to quite literally obliterate her enemy.
She can create clouds, allowing her to be quite slippery.

She win’s most of her fight in 1 or 2 hits, due to mostly ambushing her opponents or attacking them off guard + having her opponents who don't get enough time to reacts properly at her attack.
