Anyways, this here is Charge, my Lucario OC!
He's a mighty powerful Lucario with the ability to wield wind and lightning, alongside Aura.
This is due to the yellow fur on his chest.
He has pawpads that are able to conduct electricity, which he can use to unleash electrifying lightning kicks!
His favorite thing to do is to spin and whirl into a tornado of wind and lightning, or whirl his waist into one!
When the mood feels like it, he loves to be a macro and cause destruction by stomping and whirling up cities, or drilling underground and sucking them up as a tornado!
However, he can be really friendly & he's a HUGE paw pet.
