I love it. Just like Rune painting (my favorite of your ideas), portal tickling, and tickle shoes, I think having Chyrsalis/any changling hive harvest large amount love and lust from foot worship is a great idea.

The Changlings saliva could be a powerful ahprodisiac, so the more they lick, worship, and tease the captives foot, the more the victim loves it, which in turn provides more love and lust for the Changlings, and the more loyal and obedient the victim is.

If you choose to make more drawings following the idea of Changlings worshiping the characters feet, I support it fully, otherwise if this was a just one time thing then that cool too.
