I needed to update a few things to the ToS and the pricing scheme so here it is!
<b>Why hire me for your art</b>
I am a professional good quality illustration artist with high quality customer service! When working with me you can count on frequent, often even daily, updates on your project. I am detail oriented artist and put a lot of time and effort into my art, i will make sure to make my clients as happy as possible with my work.
Due to my attention to detail and working in large formats for digital work (usually images in sizes of A4 paper format) My art can take a long time to finish, this is why i try to keep my queue line a bit short so people on it don't have to wait too long for me. Once i start project i tend to work on it until it is finished, i tend to avoid working on multiple projects at once, this helps to ensure good quality and communication, and shorter waiting time once i actually start working on the project.

In the past i had some communication issues with some clients who didn't have time to talk over details of their complex commissions for very long periods of time, i know that life can get complicated but i do request for my clients to try to stay in contact if possible, if communications become too stretched i might have to put the project on hiatus and work on another commission until i can contact the client, stuff like that is also why i request payment up front so i wont be left with nothing after sometimes even weeks of work.
<b>Payment:</b>
-i take payments in Euro or equivalent amount in USD or PLN (there are various sources online to figure out the currency values online so we'll use that)
-to send the payment use Paypal via my email <b> hamperhamster90[at]gmail.com </b>
-include your user name or pseudonym in paypal notes so know who paid for what and such
Commission work will always take precedence over any requests or other non paid work like personal projects.
My queue is mostly informal but i try not to take more than 2-3 clients at the time, once i start working on one project i will continue with it until it is finished, this can take from few days to weeks depending on complexity, keeping queue shorter keeps people int he queue from waiting for their turn too long
<b>Terms of service</b>
I will retain copyright to the piece of artwork or other work that i have created both commissioned and otherwise. Images and other works produced by me may, and probably will, be used as examples in portfolios and other avenues like social media (Profiles on DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Twitter, Patreon and so on)
My logo and/or name or pseudonym will not be removed from my art and other works including commissioned work.
My artwork and other works can't be changed or altered in any way by anyone other than me, unless permission is requested and granted.
Only client (commissioner) may upload my artwork elsewhere and my works cannot be used for commercial use unless i granted permission beforehand (if you commission art for commercial purposes specify that when contacting me). Any work i produce for commercial use will have additional fees attached.
I reserve right to refuse commission for any reason
In case where my work is uploaded to any online service or web-page, it has to be credited to me as HamperHamster and linked to one of my social media profiles where i show my works (such as DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Twitter, and so on)
If the piece has been completed i will not issue a refund unless there is a failure in it on my part and the work was not delivered as previously stated in communication or if there are other faults on my side.
If there will be any errors or mistakes in the work i produced i will go through reasonable lengths to change it and fix it.Such changes will take place in early stages of the artwork, in sketch or lineart stage.
Images and other such works produced by me and uploaded to various social media and other online places (DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Twitter and so on) might be removed by me at any time if i deem it necessary. Commissioner is entitled to a copy of the finished file and can request it within a month of completing the work and making it available, client is also entitled to download said work of any of my online profiles (Deviantart, Furaffinity, Twitter and so on) if it is still available there at the time. work files such as PSD or SVG will not be provided, only finished image in PNG format will be provided
<b>References:</b>
I would appreciate if some references can be provided so we can both make sure that what i produce is what you want, visual references are the best choice, but if you cant provide any at least try to describe what you want drawn. Reference can include things like body shape, clothes, character itself and their characteristics, accessories, colors etc. All of these can of course be completely separate images of course, you don't need one single image that contains all of this
<b>Backgrounds:</b>
Prices for backgrounds will be considered separately and on a case by case basis, if background is simple i wont charge for it, i will link some backgrounds and arts with backgrounds below to show what i might consider simple or complex. For more complex backgrounds i will charge between 5-10 Euro or even 20 Euro if the background is particularly complex (i had some of those before) if you dont use euro i can take equivalent amount in other currency like USD etc
<b>Accessories and other extra details:</b>
I might charge extra for extra details on character or in background depending how complex they are, some stuff that i might charge more for include: vehicles such as cars or bikes etc, weapons, armor, unusual anatomical features like extra limbs or mechanical body/features
<b>NSFW art</b>
I reserve right to refuse to upload finished work to my social media or portfolios (like Patreon, DeviantArt, Twitter and so on) client (commissioner) still reserves right to get a copy of finished file in PNG of course.
When commission of this nature is uploaded to any of my online profiles it might be censored by either mosaic or other obstruction depending on given site's or service's terms of service and other rules. Client keeps right to request artwork in uncensored form as a PNG file unless censorship was part of the commission order and uncensored version was not produced.
Commissioner ordering works of this nature must be at least 18 years old in order to purchase this work, i will not produce NSFW art for underage people and if i find out later i was deceived such person will be put on a blacklist, after i make one...
I reserve right to refuse commission of this nature featuring certain fetishes or other situations. I tend to be not picky but some of the fetishes and themes i will reject are: gore, scat, rape, etc.
If you have doubts if i would produce an image for you just contact me on my email (<b>hamperhamster90@gmail.com</b>) if you want to ask about specific themes.
I will not produce any works either paid or not that are illegal in my country of origin, in European union or by any international laws
Some of the themes or subjects i will reject include:
- scat,
- gore though some blood is fine,
- underage characters including cub and animal characters (feral) in sexual situations
Some of the things or themes that i am generally fine with or even done before include:
- general nudity
- sexual themes and acts even graphic ones, straight, gay, bisexual and other
- macro/micro fetishes
- invisible character/floating clothes
- Regular human characters and anthro furry characters

<b>What will i consider as NSFW?</b>
This can be tricky to describe but i will try to list a few examples,
-one, two or more characters involved in sexual acts
-not covered erections, in some cases if the erection is covered by clothing or if the character is nude but not erect i can not include it as NSFW
-Bodily fluids like cum, precum, urine, vaginal fluids and so on
<b>NFTs and other such things</b>
i DO NOT grant permission to mint NTFs out of my art without explicit agreement first hand, even for paid commissioned work. I am not entirely sure how NFTs or minting them work and i would prefer to stay away from this entire thing so right now i do not plan going into any NFT schemes.
