Its been quite a journey lately for me and really facing the traumas all through childhood that took their toll. I find they creep and crawl throughout my everyday life. The way I treat others, the way I interact or fail to, the way I tend to place thoughts to people without ever really knowing if that's how they feel. False beliefs based on a foundation of emotional neglect. So I am working on that.
