As the two commenters said "Gearbox" does exist already ^^ so careful with copyright and stuff >.<
As for criticism, well the effects are pretty neat but the background seems a bit copy-pasted meaning it doesn't make much sense to look at (least to me) even though it has neat effects as well. The logo should be changed for copyright issues, and well, enough said, keep up the good work and good luck :)

Lol copyright issues I can understand although its a very generic logo, copyrights can' be placed on a generic logo as its so overly used. I still appreciate what your saying, and it depends on your perspective the designs you see here are probably not your thing, they may be too modern or abstract for your personal tastes, and I understand everyone has different likings ^^. This was pretty much a test run though just to see what people reactions would be to it :3.
