Did you notice, that if you get killed in Cuphead, while Grim Matchstick is inhaling, than it looks like, that Grim is inhaling without a break. It looks bit weird, that the belly or the body doesn't grow it, but I don't think it makes sense in this game. But still wanted to know, how Grim looks like, if Grim is inhaling non-stop, while the body starts to inflate. I can say, in short time, Grim will grow like a green blimp
