I'd say, find something by other artists and pick it apart, try to duplicate what they did with lighting or linework or colours. Alternatively, watch a few streams by those artists.
I'd love to sit down with
egypturnash and have her demo Illustrator, and I've shoulder surfed
maxblackrabbit a few times and it's educational.

- Eh you could try other art styles like perspective pictures (the one were you draw lines to create the illusion of 3d in a room for tables or balls or what not)
- You could try to do one of the quick drawings (don´t know the name) were a artist draws a whole scenery in the matter of a few minuets (they did it with very quck blobing of a paint brush, but hey spitballing ideas for you to get a better idea out of your current roadblock)
- Another idea would be to try and draw realisem if you haven´t allready ? Trying to draw real world horses or dogs or flys and better your anatomy and dept perception that way.
- Next one coming to my mind is that you could try calligraphy and make fancy letters, sounds odd but is worth a mention until you find a way true your wall.
- Maybe you could also try to work with 3D rendering to side grade your skillsets and explore if that maybe give you some insights.
- Also an option could be to try the art style Mamabliss does with very quick and very vague looking pictures (bit doubtfull that it will help but idea is idea)
- Hmmmmmm yeah now my idea steam is dry for now, but you got more angles to your issue to try and solve it, i hope.

It happens to all of us - you, me, a few people who actually read this far down in the comments, screaming shounen protagonists...
Look at THIS and consider if that may be what you're encountering. (It may well be.)
Maybe find someone who can help you improve, or study the work of artists who you look up to? Watching streams has helped my art.
If nothing else, take a break and try something new - or look at something different.
Hope you feel better soon.
