Hi Petruz! Great to see that stories are being made about each of the groups. I would love to understand more on some things:

1. What the idea behind differentiating them as clans or gangs?

2. All the clan/gangs being unified (despite a few separated) has to be of important reason. Have you thought of any dangerous threats they're facing?

If the leadership of the group has passed from one family member to another, it's a clan, like the tigers. If anyone claims the title from time to time it a gang, like the rats.

Still thinking on that (and an excuse to make models out of it). They are not so united a it seems though.

To your second point, it'll be a pretty sweet idea if you would have your original characters (Dasha, Hammerhead, etc.) be the threat to this criminal org. And have your classic models (lizards, wolves, cats) become the enforcers under them with a security pack release. It's just my two cents but would love to see something of the sort come to fruition!

Nothing clear yet, but i think multiple types of snakes would be interesting.

This question is probably waaayyy too early to ask but may as well; do you have any plan for when this grand project will be finished? Do you plan on releasing them as you feel like it (so potentially multiple of these in a row in the same year), or do you think you'll stick to one pack a year, corresponding with the relevant year on the Chinese calendar? Which would of course bring the conclusion of this project near the end of this decade.

And what about characters such as the Dragon Clan boss? We have his daughters, but what about the big guy himself? Would we potentially see such characters appear down the line? (Like a model pack update perhaps?)

Besides that, it's looking promising! Definitely an exciting project overall and I'll be looking forward to its conclusion and its lore as time passes. Keep it up!

Well no not that long to finish this. Probably 2 or three per year? I'm very clear on concepts and such for another one for later this year. In any case, this makes sure i'll have plenty of content for the future.

About the dragons, well that pack was at first just an excuse to make some eastern dragons and nothing else, but the idea grew more and more and here we are. So that pack will be properly updated later, boss included.

Talk about ambitious.

And now you made big plans for other anthropomorphic creatures in Asian Themed Clans? Oh hell yeah! XD Now that's something I don't mind seeing from you this year. :)

awesome! i can't wait to see the next clan being made! i always imagined the 12 gangs working together as the ultimate criminal organisation in the city, giving a hard time to the police, dominating the black market and having an eye on every citizens, kinda like a dark cartoon villain

Pig and Rooster clans? Eeeeeh, these are notoriously ugly animals tha'd be hard to anthropomorphize, but I'm sure Petry here relishes the challenge.

Also, however unlikely, I don't think the horse clan should include a zebra skin, since zebras are genetically more similar to donkeys than horses

What happened with the monkey clan?

I noticed the rings that three of the clan leaders have. What are they and what is the symbol on them? Also, Bras is not wearing a ring, why? And one more question, will you update this picture to show the other clan/gang leaders?

Only the leaders wear that ring, and they only got the Chinese characters of their respective animal, although you have to zoom a lot to see it.

Yeah i have to update this as i go, you will see it more populated with time.

Something I was thinking about it, considering their description, is there any chance of we seeing a crowbar on the pig gang pack and/or pickaxe on the goat clan pack?

Given that the Pig Clan's leader is said to be a master chef, we might see some kind of ornate cleaver in their personal loadout.

An exciting threat that the gang can face could be a terrorist group that is united across the continents. While the gang is getting united despite differences, this threat could be a world-ending one. Like maybe one from North America can be a hacker group, Africa has mercenaries, South America has criminal factions, and so on, the Middle East, Asia, and others. United because they want the world in their hands, so the gangs, despite their differences, are uniting themselves and possibly other gangs worldwide, and maybe even Hammerhead, Dasha, and the other groups up against this global threat.

Oh! I had a perfect idea for the Western Gang! Zodiac signs have a particular animal to represent them. Of course, you would have some repeats of species, like Goats, Bulls, and Horses, but you can also have unique options like Crabs, Dolphins, and Lions.

As for the organization of the twelve clans, will there be another rival organization in another city?
Perhaps you are interested in the Celtic zodiac as an inspiration (something similar to Jade of Heaven with the Chinese zodiac).
