This one is the only reason I never decided to buy the BTTF trilogy and only stick with the first part.
When I was a kid, I loved the BTTF (1985) movie. Me and my whole family actually. So obviously we were very excited about the 2d and 3d part. We saw Part II and me and we liked it but we found a bit confusing.
But the 3d part..oh dear. When the movie ended I was very very very dissapointed.
I could never bought the love plotline. I found it dumb and unnecessary. I mean, the 1st one worked very well without it...ok yeah it had some love BUT IT MADE SENSE! it wasn't just there because....because! My family were making fun and telling me that I was bitter and can't stand love movies.
Oh no I DO and EVER DID stand love plots in movies..
what I cannot understand is BULLSHIT...and I never will.

Originally the first one was the ONLY one. The ending was just a joke, never intending to be continued. When it was decided to make a sequel, they were forced to go the future, more or less. However, the original sequel was too long and was split it up. So in reality it's Back to The Future 2 - part 1 and Back to The Future 2 - part 2. Problem was the studio decided marketed it as two separate movies. Hence why Back to The Future II leaves people hanging at the end. Now with Back to The Future III, it should've ended with Marty showing Jennifer the wreckage of the DeLorean, saying "Doc's not coming back" then end credits. I know it would be kind of a downer ending, but it would make more sense that way. Not the fairytale ending that we got instead.

Aunque como tambien me considero fan de la trilogia, y me causa mucho ruido que digas que la trama amorosa de la 3era no la entendiste o no te entretuvo, ya que sin ese final especifico, con esa trama amorosa la trilogia no hubiera tenido NINGUN sentido, a mi parecer claro, ya que sin el no hubiera tomado forma la moraleja final de 'Tu tienes el control de tu futuro, asi que formate uno bueno' y TODOS en la pelicular lo tuvieron, no solo Marty, lo cual hubiera sido en extremo egoista... si el Doc hubiera regresado al futuro, destruido la maquina del tiempo (lo cual claramente pretendia hacer) y hubiera muerto solo, cansado y sin ilusiones... en el peor de los casos claro =)
Bueno ya me malviaje, el punto es que no me imagino de que otra manera pudo haber acabado una saga tan fabulosa, despues de todo el viejo oeste es un escenario icono americano, aunque a nosotros podria parecernos que no lo fue del todo, en fin es lo que pienso, gracias de nuevo por hacerme recordar porque me gusta la saga!
