This is great and I enjoy seeing the animation of them in the panels.
One thing, Penelope said she didn't have a forehead then what happens if she finds a V8 soda can in the pond then?

It must be hard to make things seem this cute, even on a spectral scale. I always liked this character, and you know what? He would sell if you ever decided to use this art in a comic strip or kids series. Great Job, and i hope you continue to bring out that soft ink approach: It works, big time.
