Thank you very much, your comment means a lot to me. I was born and raised in the US but I want nothing more than to live in Germany. I am only part German, but I have enough German pride in me to full up Germany.
Your question on how Germany got it's Colors can be answered in a few different ways. One being.The German flag is a horizontal tricolor, with black, red, and yellow stripes. The colors of the flag were the colors of the German soldiers during the Napoleonic Wars. =) Though this is only one theory. You could probably look up better answers than what I could give you though, I am still learning myself. =)
