Russler!!!!!!! A totally normal human, not a Sneasler, that lives in the mountains of Hisui.

Inspired by how only your eyes are visible when inside Sneasler's basket backpack, I thought it'd be cute to make a sneasler oc that also only had its eyes visible! At least most of the time. May make a hat and scarfless alt sometime!
Their design is also absolutely unfinished rn, I just wanted to go ahead and make a base sorta thing ^^
