Because Space Zero and the rest of the crew need a ship to travel around in, here's a quick sketch to just kind of show it off.
Yeah, I used to draw a lot of ship and mecha back a long time ago.

Aerodynamics are nonzero. Does the freighter enter planetary atmospheres?
No scale. Is this about 200m long? Imagining a crew tripping over each other, or like a submarine, or like current space travel where you're in a box, vs like a school or military building with 8 ft ceilings and a cafeteria and so on.

Scale is from the internal shot, assuming the "windscreen" of the cockpit externally is roughly the same as the cockpit interior shot, and assuming standard human-relative heights of 1.8m, then the cockpit appears to be roughly 10m in length, internally, and assuming that is the case externally the overall length, eyeballed, is about 120m, plus maybe another 15m after the engines on that tail stub. Width is about 50-60m, but we have to assume that 2/3 of that, particularly aft is engines and therefore not usable space for the crew. The hull should be at least 20cm thick (.2m) to provide appropriate protection from relativistic micro-debris and radiation (which are virtually interchangeable at relativistic speeds due to red shift).
Taking all that into account, the ship would have to have sparse accommodations, even if they are fairly luxurious, if the ship is supposed to have anything approaching cargo space for hauling freight. Freighters devote almost no space to human habitation so they can, by design, carry more freight. Also, the galley might be able to seat everyone at the same time to function as a briefing location in case of a need to disseminate information, but it's more likely to be more like a short order grill station with a bar-like counter and a couple fixed stools.
Reclamation facilities (bathrooms) wouldn't be part of the individual quarters, but would be unisex closets, probably with a separate closed shower system with water purification to remove harmful particulates, but no interaction with the potable water on the ship so as to not allow the grey water from bathing to interact with the drink supply. This saves space, and likely has a timer system built in to enable control over how long someone spends in the shower, even if the system is fairly closed (you can add water to it to replace whatever is lost over time to evaporation and adherence to skin/fur, but not introduce it into other systems on the ship). Waste reclamation will probably have a processing system that breaks it back down into useful materials which are then supplemented back into the food stores. Digestion is very inefficient, and a lot of what we poop out is actually useable, like vitamins, amino acids, and even some hormones, if you can separate it from what we can't use, like excess carbon. However, on a ship, carbon is a needed part of just about every other system on the ship, so what would be considered biological waste could be very useful to keeping the ship running.

This looks exactly like what I would think a species originating on Earth would build. It has no alien influences, looks like how we would design a military vessel, and is functional over stylistic. Very nice. If this is part of a larger story meta, can you point me at any of your archived works so I can read more about it? You have intrigued me.
