Since the planet doesn’t have a day night cycle I think it’d be cool that peoples daily routines would include traversing from the outer horizon into toward the light side more. All the sleeping areas are located in the low sunset where it’s less bright and farms and whatnot are in the light more. The time it takes to travel to the light, do your daily tasks then return home would be roughly a day. The planet would have to be small for this to work but it’s ok cause there’s not many of them.
The light Side of the planet will be mostly desert that’s too hot to live on. Except some sentient stones that migrate across it once a year. The other side is too cold but hidden in the dark is some rather special magical plants
