I needed to put to paper a "thing" from a dream I had.

One of those dreams where, when inside, you know you've dreamt the location before. You've been there before and you know exactly what's waiting for you.
Unassuming place up a stairway, inside it's like a community center or church basement. Large open room with an elevated "Stage" at the far end.
Off to the side, a set of double doors. And looking at them I know exactly what's waiting there.
The character I embody goes in and once inside looks off to the right.
And there It is. I can't say if it's the same "It" or another but I knew It was there.
A weird thing.
Shaped like a rounded hourglass. Scaled skin around two massive eyes, one on each of the sections and a pair of wings emanating from the section between the two extremities.
And there it is, my "Cosmic Horror" as I say running out of the room.
