Bruno Fuarnau is of a relatively obscure family with little political pull. As an Eti-Feliscii (digitigrade legs and patterns on fur), Bruno and his family were looked down on by "proper" Feliscii as inferior. While he serves proudly with the Cental Alliance as a member of the 212th Battalion, his distant cousin Lefeyette Morrigan was one of the first females and Eti-Feliscii to attain a command position in the Irrykanoi Empire. When he learned that his cousin was dubbed the "Butcher of Tebessa" for releasing nerve gas on the city during the Irrykanoi retreat, he vowed that should he meet her in battle, he would end her life.
