Since it's BulbaBoy batch. Let me skip to my most recent pic a bit.

It's very hot here in the middle of summer. So this pic was floating in my head for long.

Bulba-Ditto itself, by usual functional. Once they TF as suit, they can feed on sweat of its Navi, make the human inside feeling cool or warm enough so they aren't got restricted movement.

However when it's too much sweat...it can be overload, too.

In this case, BulbaBoy could tuck his neck for some additional helper. As his jacket piece is stuck with his Bulb on the back, the only way out now is the neck area. Welp.

Good enough he's just on the way home. He decide to stayed like this for mobility and because it's, at least, cooler than just venture as human.
