After being fully submerged for a few seconds Belle Boue emerged quickly from beneath the thicky sticky tar. He was gasping for fresh air. Belle Boue was all tarred up from horn to hooves in sticky gooey dripping black tar. Tar covering all over his body and mane. He never had such fun being a tar pony.
