Mushwell Atoms, Maxwell Atoms's Fungus-sona
A little backstory for this: 1) Maxwell Atoms, creator of such shows as The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Evil Con Carne, was asked in jest what his fursona was by an anonymous person on social media, 2) he jokingly answered "armillaria ostoyae", which for those who don't know is the scientific name of the biggest living creature on Earth; the "humongous fungus", a mass of honey mushroom in Oregon that stretches for 3.5 miles under the Malheur National Forest.
And so I drew his fungussona. And sent it to him. He said he "loves it 35,000 tons".
I think the design I came up with is cute. He probably psychically communicates with the mycelia beneath his feet which will someday take over the world or something. For now he's just chilling and making rad cartoons.

Haven't had the chance to meet Mr. Atoms, though I'd very much like to -- the shows he created had a pretty outsized impact on my sense of humor growing up, and considering I've seen his name attached to both Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss not that long ago, I can imagine he'll continue making me laugh for as long as he keeps doing his thing.
