I noticed I was struggling to draw furry headshots, so one of my friends suggested studying the human skull, and I thought... why not? it could be fun! now the one on the left is from reference, a reasonably accurate depiction of the human skull, its features, and various details that make it up, I'm trying to understand the structure and volume of the skull to better learn how to draw headshots
The other two skulls to the right were drawn from memory and so they look a little deformed and less accurate, the trick is that I draw what I studied from memory after to build effective long term muscle memory
