Had to draw this based on a RP I did on a group DM in Discord. Looked as if Kyle went in for a drag as he ended up being hydro pumped by a Vaporeon causing him to inflate himself with a huge lot of water. Kinda cheeky for a water type to fill him up with water but It's not all that bad let's say that.
