Tom the Pikachu Setting Out on his Journey (Commission)

A commission for
cowtools of his Pikachu OC, "Tom" (which might just be a placeholder name for now), all geared-up for a journey through, presumably, the Sinnoh region (what with having a Poketch and all). Because whoever said "Pokémon can't be trainers too"? (Yeah that one guy from "The First Movie/MewTwo Strikes Back" said it but then MewTwo rightfully Force-choked him for that.)

I'm guessing since that Meowth works for Team Rocket they "pre-caught" him to negate the threat of some random kid catching him.
