i'm referring to the specific concept of said character being what they are in image, is wes' character, not the character themselves, that is just an insert, it could have been a 3 headed flying monkey giraffe
i don't know why you've came on to my image and said 'x designed that character', just to get spotlighted that they didn't in said artist's own image description, only to come back with the link the initial post had of said inspiration, just to get countered again,
no, some random underpaid artist/team of artists, that works for whatever studio would be the first ever person to have created/designed stretch-o-mutt, and it would be an extremely low possibility that they are on this site, every other incarnation is simply fan art, including the image you posted -_-
