oooof this took me a while (like all my pokemon paintings do)
might be not my best work but i really wanted to finish it and i guess it turned out ok, i tried some photoshop-moving-effects, there are so many possibilities >:O anyways, 1 Pokemon gym leader to go and i'm finally done with my pokemon sinnoh challenge i started in 2016...let's see when i am able to do the next one :')
