The phasma is a tricky one. The psychic element isn't really an element, as you all know. It is more of a sixth sense.

Sylvia, the mother Phasma in my comic, can read minds/souls. While another phasma might be able to move objects, but can not read others minds. and another phasma might be able to pause time, but do nothing else. see, they all have a specific, special ability.
