Sarge huffed as he tried to suck in his stomach. He was so close to buttoning up his pants that he felt he just needed to be a bit skinnier to... "Aha!" he exclaimed as he managed to finally fasten the button. Feeling proud of himself, he relaxed and took a long breath out. Forgetting he had been sucking in his stomach the entire time, he accidentally released the button with a loud pop as the button went flying into the counter.

He whined. "Me liked thems pants. Why they no fit?" Overwhelmed with frustration, Sarge continued fruitlessly to try and fasten his pants... though he seemed to forgot they were now buttonless. Several more attempts later, he finally gave up and called out. "Hey, hun? Can yous go to store and gets me pants?"

"Oh? Did your pants rip again?"

"Yes, hun..." Sarge sighed, puffing out his stomach. "Me needs - erm.. uh... I mean I needs new pants."

"Know what size you need?"

"I thinks they needs to be biggers? I gained more weights again." Sarge lifted his hands from the seam of his pants and pressed them onto his belly. He coulda sworn he was feeling bloated, but he didn't remember eating anything recently. Did he really just get fatter again?

"How's that going? Feeling a bit smarter now that you're fattening up?"

Sarge looked down at his chest. He could still see the rough, pink scars where his fur had been clawed off. "But me still see thems chest scars?"

"Maybe ya didn't get fatter, Sarge? You still baking some buns, I bet?"

Sarge rolled his eyes. "No, I NOT making buns! Why do you keep asking?" Huffing, Sarge looked at his reflection in the mirror. He could see his belly had definitely grown again... but he wasn't sure why.
